Our company collects the following data:

Our company collects your data so that we can:

  • Prepare your order for collection.

How do we store your data?

Your data is stored in 3 different locations:

  • On the backend of our website.
    • All orders are anonymised after one week. This means that the product information is kept but the personal data is deleted.
    • After two weeks, all contacts made through the website are anonymised.
  • Our email address:
    • All email communication is deleted once a year.

Your data is shared with the following third parties:

  • World Line (https://worldline.com/): this is a third-party system that processes payments. Personal data is managed by it in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
  • Mailgun (https://www.mailgun.com/): third party used to send order confirmation emails. Emails sent are deleted from their system every 30 days.

Video surveillance

SIA "ĒST!" departments and branches are monitored and recorded at the cash desk and in the dining hall.

Purpose of CCTV:

  • protect the private property of employees, visitors and others.
  • prevent illegal activities

Video surveillance does not automatically identify a person. The use of video data is limited to the specified purposes.

CCTV recordings are kept for a maximum of 3 weeks. The exact storage period depends on the quality of the recording and the amount of memory available, and may vary slightly. After this period, the data shall be automatically overwritten, this functionality being provided by the video equipment (NVR), unless the CCTV recordings have been previously requested by the competent national or local authorities or no criminal offences have been detected. In this case, the duration of the retention of the video recordings shall be determined as necessary.

Access to data

The video recording is located on the hard drive of the video recorder. Only certain personnel can view the data. The video equipment itself is installed in a secure cabinet and access to the recording is only possible by entering the name and password used. The security of the data is the responsibility of the company's data security officer.

Our company wants to make sure that you are fully aware of all your data protection rights. Each user has the following rights:
